.....WhAt sTreSS?!!!!....oH nO.....

Now i like to share with all of you fact about stress.What is stress? It is the pressure from outside that can make you feel tense inside. We cannot avoid stress in fact of life. No matter either rich person, acknowledge person , poor person, student or what ever it is stress will affects them.

 Certain kinds are actually helpful.They can keep you on your toes. But too much stress in your mind and body can make you miserable and ill.

How you handle and tackle stress that can give an effect to your health and happiness.If you allow it to build up or fail to manage your it carefully , stress can sometimes produce such heavy wave of tension that serious enough to interfere with your normal daily activities.

Today, stress and its symptoms are common problem. There are many people come and see doctors for physical complaints have stress linked problems ( mental and emosional troubles). Almost all of these mood disorders can be helped. Knowing about stress is the first big step. One of the main causes of stress is change, especially sudden or disagreeable change. There are many or too drastic cahnges often result in harmful tension.
1) Personal loss
    Death of a loved one, loss of friends
    when moving, separation or divorce-
    all of this can cause depression.

2) Illness or Injury
    A major illness or accident injury put great
    stress on both patient and family.

3) Changes in lifestyle
    Sudden financial gain or a big promotion is a
    happy event but can create anxiety.

4) Job Changes
    Trouble at work, getting fired or taking on a new job may result in anxiety and stress.

5) Money Problem
    Budget trouble, large debts, loss of income, etc can create stress for the entire family

6) Family Changes
    Changes at home by pregnancy, family responsibilities, etc can cause mood disorders

7) Retirement.
    Enforced leisure and produced income may cause trouble.

Too much tension can result in anxiety and depression.Anxiety is that worried, uptight feeling that something bad will happen even if there is no real treat. It can affect our mental health. These are the most common signs of anxiety: nervousness,  trembling, dizziness, pounding heart, inability to slow down or relax, abnormal eating habits and troubled breathing.

Everyone has a certain amount of anxiety to degree it is a natural, helpful response to stressful or threatening situations. However, prolonged anxiety can lead to serious problems such as ulcers, high blood pressure as well as an inability to enjoy life and the world. You can do a lot to keep tension within reasonable limits before it leads to trouble.

You can see your doctor. A check-up is always important especially if you're busy. Your doctor can usually discover the cause of frequent 'aches and pains'. Talk it over. When tension build up, discuss the problem with a close friend or with the people involved. Take  a break. a change of pace, no matter how short, gives you a new outlook on old problems. Learn to relax by having a few minutes of peace and quite a day. exercise regularly to help you let off steam and work out stress. Plan your work to use time and energy
more efficiently. Tension and anxiety really build up when your work seems endless.

Finally, be realistic. People who expect too much of themselves can get tense if things do not work out. Set practical goals and expect to be successful.

Now i like to share with you the interesting place to travel in Malaysia (SABAH)

Sabah is located at northern tip of Borneo and popular as the world's 3rd largest island.  It has a lot of the most beaches and islands in the world. As you know, Sabah is known as

Did you know, Kota Kinabalu, its capital, is a developing commersial centre amd holiday destination. Kota Kinabalu offers a lot of attractions such as the Gaya Street Fair, Tanjung Aru Beach, the State Museum, the State Mosque, the water villages and the islands nearby.There are a lot of hotels and resorts also.


There also has over 30 different ethic groups in Sabah, each with their own customs and festivals. The most popular festival is Kaamatan festival which is celebrated by The Kadasandusun. It is celebrated after a successful rice harvest in May every year. The festival is popular with traditional dances.


The TAMU is weekly open bazaar. The different people of sabahgather to sell their products like food, fruits, vegetables, handicraft and even buffaloes. The most interesting TAMU can be found in Kota Belud. There, the Bajaus gather in their traditional costumes on horses to make the TAMU more colorful. Sabah also offers many interestings  places to visit and exciting activities to do.

The rainforests in Sabah are some of the oldest in  the world. Exotic flora and fauna abound. Pitcher plants that gulp down insects and flies.Wild orchids of every imaginable hue. Of course, there have the largest and unic flower in the world known as rafflesia.
While take a river boat ride, you can see the unique Proboscis monkey with its long, pendulous red nose calling out to its mate. But the star of the rainforest here is un doubtedly the orang utan, also known as  the
" WILD MAN OF BORNEO".  We can find them swinging through the forest in Sepilok, the world's largest orang utan sanctuary. In this sanctuary, orang utan that have been  abandoned  by their mothers, or were formerly in captivity, are rehabilitated until fit enough to be returned to the wild.



For those who love to snokel and swim, the island of Sipadan is the right place to visit. It is situated off the east coast of Sabah. The island is famous for its marine life and corals. there are uncrowded beach of pure white sand under bright blue tropical skies that await to capture your heart.hehe..

WheN I GroW uP

Let rewind the wind back to 10 years ago. There a lot memories create either it are sweet or not memories it does't matter. Importantly it already become our history...do you realized that there a lot of song being played when you're grow up. I realized  that when i was a baby, my mom always sing a song to make me sleep

The song is "lailahaillaullah, muhammadarasulullah " and this song really made me dreaming and sleeping.

When I at kindergarden, the first song that been thought by teacher is 'TWINKLE-TWINKLE LITTLE STAR".Up until now i still remember this song. It kind of inspiration song for me.When i hear this song, it inspired me to  know all thing deeply not only at the surface. It make me become a researcher and acknowledge person because of 'wondering' thing. Watch the lyric of this song carefully:


When i at standard 1, i learned a lot of song from music teacher, Pn. Rosnah. During that time, the songs being thought by using instrument called recorder. The first song is "MARY HAD A LITTLE LAMB".

Then, the lovely song that i learned from watching television is BARNEY AND THE FRIEND. this song had a beautiful lyric where

 WONT YOU SAY YOU LOVE ME TOO" the lyric was so nice right.hehe....
Did you know, i always sing this song with all my family during celebrate birthday party. then, we hug together.OMG, i really miss my family.

Now, i want to share my motivated song by R&B singer R.Kelly. The song was written, produced and performed by R.Kelly. There are something that you should know about "I BELIEVE I CAN FLY" lyric

AlL aBoUt Me

                                                           " LIFE WITHOUT RULES ARE NONSENSE"

BORN: 13 MAY 1990
Now i want to share about my hobby. My hobby is reading.Reading is one of the best ways of spending our time usefully. I read story books, my sis comic, magazines and any kind of material that i find interesting.haha..
I started reading with a simple ABC books. after that, i started read a simple fairy tales and just now i read anything that is available. Reading enables me to learn about many things that i would otherwise not know. I learned about how people lived in bygone days of magic and mystery. I learned about the wonders of the world, space travel and other fascinating things of our world.

The wonderful thing that i learned from my hobby is that i do not have to learn things the hard way. i can know the danger that can harm me then i'll avoid it. i don;t have to go deep into the jungle just want to know about the tiger. The information about the tiger can simply learn from reading books.

Many parents will tell or force their children to read. " read anything, don't waste your time"they said. In my opinion this  is totally wrong. It is because reading can't be forced on anyone. There is a time and place for everything including reading. Therefore,  reading has to be done in the proper way and at the proper time. We should enjoy whatever we read  and we should also understand what ever we're reading.

Many of us love animals. We keep them in our homes as pets. In Malaysia, cats or dogs are keeps as pets in house. My lovely pet in my house is cat. There are four of them. The bid boss cat called MUSHI, the white one is THUNDER, the female cats called DEBAB and the small one known as KCIK. haha..i love them so much....
